Personalization

Please do not provide any emojis or special characters anywhere in your orders. Emojis are trademarked, they're usually colorful, and they are not engravable. Also, please do not provide us with engraving notes for other languages as we can only engrave Latin-based characters.

Unless we have express permission from the trademark owner that we can use a logo, or permission to use a name for products that will be sold for a profit, we absolutely cannot engrave anything trademarked. We cannot engrave greek letters or words, and we do not engrave the names or initials of fraternities or sororities for any reason. We cannot engrave the names of universities, schools, or any other organizations.
However, if you can provide written permission on letterhead to use the name or design from your institution, we may be able to accommodate your personalization.

Shipping

Shipping costs vary based on your location (inside or outside the US) and shipping method.

We do our best to provide fast turnaround on our personalized items so you have them in time to make your special occasion into a lasting memory. Personalization for each item varies, so check the item description for an estimate on processing times. Rush production to create your order in one business day is available for an extra charge.

The typical time it takes for US orders arriving after having shipped is between two and five business days. Exact shipping times will vary based on the type of shipping and production you choose at checkout. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and are out of our control once the shipments are in the carrier’s possession.

Yes, a tracking code will be emailed to you as soon as your item has shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of a personalized item, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders for any reason.

If we have made a mistake in processing your order, we will be happy to remake your item and ship it to you as quickly as possible at no extra charge. At mymento, we strive to make a lasting positive impression on our customers.
